Regional Protection Assistant - North, Lebanon – MSA030

The role of the Health, Safety, and Security (HSS) Field Assistant is to assist the Health, Safety, and Security Field Team Leader in conducting all HSS related tasks at North Area Office. S/He will ensure that all NRC staff in Lebanon have access and support that is required for HSS related documents.

The Center assistant ensures that all activities are implemented and reported in compliance with War Child policies and work plan

Position in the organisation

The Center assistant is part of War Child team. He/She reports to War Child Project Manager and field activity coordinator in order to ensure smooth and quality implementation
S/he does not manage staff.

• Assists the administrative project coordinator in preparing monthly payments for staff in the field;
• Follows up closely on monthly payments and cheque advances;
• Keeps track and monitors advances of partners;
• Filing and controlling financial documents.
