RI’s Education Assistants will play a crucial role in supporting students to create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment and will ensure that every student receives the attention and resources they need to thrive, working with small groups or individual students to address specific learning challenges. Education Assistants will be responsible for conducting Homework Support Group (HSG), summer remedial activities, and supporting in the planning for all program activities at RI’s Learning Centers to enhance children's academic performance.

The Education Center Officer will play a crucial role in the effective operation and management of the Learning Center (LC). ECO will be responsible for managing RI’s LC and supervising the implementation of the Homework Support Groups (HSGs) sessions, the Structured Focused Psychological Support Services Sessions, and the summer remedial activities daily targeting children enrolled in RI’s CFE program in Bekaa. Additionally, the ECO will supervise and coach RI’s Education Assistants daily. ECO will report to the Cash and Education (C&E) Program Coordinator.

Under the direct supervision of the Mental Health Supervisor in Bekaa, the Clinical Psychologist will perform structured clinical assessments and develop comprehensive case formulations for participants in this project. They will design consistent and attainable treatment plans with clear objectives, monitor and evaluate the psychological progress of children and their caregivers/parents, conduct classroom observations to identify children in need of MH services and lead relevant trainings while participating in clinical supervision.

Under the guidance and direct supervision of the Mental Health PSS Supervisor, RI's Social Workers will deliver integrated life skills sessions with mental health for youth aged 15 and above, and conduct workshops aimed at promoting mental well-being for children aged 6-14 at RI’s Learning Centers. Additionally, the Social Worker will provide non-specialized one-on-one sessions and refer children requiring further mental health support to RI’s MH team.
