SIDC is seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer who will be responsible for the design, coordination and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation, research, and learning framework of the Programs/Projects. He/she will develop a systematic monitoring framework to improve the qualitative and quantitative evidence gathered by the Programs/Projects. He/she will also provide technical assistance to the implementing agencies, particularly in relation to monitoring, reporting and governance issues.

Technical peacebuilding skills in areas such as conflict sensitivity, monitoring and evaluation, training & research are a strong asset. Under the direct supervision of Country Director, and in close coordination with the Program Department, the Fundraising / Proposal Writing Officer should help further drive fundraising efforts at Taawon. He/she will explore new funding opportunities, identify potential donors, develop high-quality concept notes, and project proposals and maintain professional connection with donors.

Under the overall supervision of the UNFPA Head of Office, the GBV & Humanitarian Coordinator will lead the coordination of the GBV sector under the different coordination structures existing in Lebanon. Her/His tasks will include sector coordination related duties focusing on: building and sustaining partnerships, strategic planning, capacity development, advocacy, and information management. The incumbent will also assume the role of humanitarian coordinator. This will entail support to resources mobilization, preparedness efforts and reporting.

TIF has three objectives: 1) increased exports of Lebanese goods and services, 2) investment facilitation leading to increased domestic investment, and 3) improved business and investment enabling environment.

Minimum Master’s Degree in social sciences, International Development or any other related field

Has a minimum masters degree in hydraulic engineering or mechanical engineering from a reputable university

In Lebanon, ACTED implements humanitarian and development projects funded by a variety of donors. The Appraisal, Monitoring and Evaluation (AME) department participates in project development, supports the implementation of all ongoing projects, and contributes to more accountability towards donors and beneficiaries by verifying the achievement of output and outcome indicators.
