The purpose of this Terms of Reference (ToR) is to outline the responsibilities, objectives, and deliverables for a researcher who will be monitoring and analyzing data related to water related conflicts occurring in the north Bekaa. The researcher will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research, analysis, and reporting on water-related conflicts and their underlying causes, impacts, and potential resolution strategies.

Under the direct supervision of Transparency International – Lebanon (TI-LB) Executive Director, the Accountant and Administrative Officer will be responsible of the management, tracking, and reporting of TI-LB’s finances.

The Safe and Inclusive Programming Specialist is a key part of the Country Office Programme Unit and works closely with the management, programme teams, area offices, and field teams. The Specialist will primarily be responsible for the roll out and institutionalisation of the NRC’s SIP toolkit and standards within all Lebanon programmes and support departments and will provide advice on humanitarian principles and protection mainstreaming issues in relation to NRC Lebanon’s current and planned areas of activities.

The Grants Manager will contribute to achieving high quality programming by ensuring effective grants management including compliance requirements, reporting, timely and quality proposal development, and for representing NRC Lebanon grants, externally and internally. They shall ensure NRC programme/support teams are fully informed of relevant donor compliance regulations and NRC procedures, manage donor and other external reporting, and coordinate grant revisions.

ECHO’s project aims to provide essential services and support to the LGBTIQ+ community. Activities include comprehensive case management services that encompass mental health support, sexual health services, and cash assistance. Moreover, 3700 individuals will be reached through outreach and awareness efforts within SIDC’s mobile clinic. These activities collectively aim to support and promote the well-being of the LGBTIQ+ community. Finally, individuals with diverse SOGIESC will receive sexual health and mental health services provided by trained professionals.
