- Ability to organize individual meetings and case studies as well as organizing focus meetings (Focus groups).
- Experience in charitable work and organizations.
- Should have team spirit, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Awareness and commitment to humanitarian standards.

Description:
- Follow up the process of registering beneficiaries of entrepreneurship skills, business management and digital marketing activities.
- Preparing the training materials for the classes and the related activities under supervision and coordination of the center’s administration and program’s management.
- Follow up on the attendance schedules and all work papers related to their classes and follow up on their completion.
- Work directly on managing and facilitating entrepreneurship skills, business management and digital marketing classes, under supervision and coordination with the center’s administration and program’s management.
- Managing the process of establishing youth teams and initiatives and following up on the development of operational plans with them.
- Follow up on the implementation of the community project plans that will result from the selected youth teams.
- Coordination with the rest of the facilitators and trainers for the success of all activities.
- Supporting the center’s management in following up on all activities related to entrepreneurship skills, business management, digital marketing and related activities.
- Coordination with the entire departments of the center and securing the necessary support from reliable field information.
- Ensure the quality of data and reports and sharing it.
- Writing monitoring reports and providing them with appropriate explanations from charts, and ensuring that they are shared with the appropriate parties.
- Submit periodic reports and participate in field needs assessments and project ideas.
- Performs all required duties assigned by the center’s management and the program’s management in relevant to his/her experience and job position.
