Provides overall leadership, managing staff, and ensuring successful project implementation within budget and time frame. Provides comprehensive support to the Project Coordinator, managing daily office tasks, and assisting with project implementation. Coordinates with beneficiaries, manages patient files, and follows up with caregivers.

CBR Social Worker manage the social and protection aspects of the project & deliver psycho social support services (PSS & MHPSS) to address beneficiaries' mental and emotional well-being.

Ensures accessibility of project services and environments for PwDs. Conducts assessments, identifies barriers, and oversees accessibility modifications in shelters. Collaborates with construction teams and provides technical guidance.

Ensures effective complaint mechanisms and beneficiary feedback channels are established and operational. Manages grievance procedures and facilitates communication between project staff and beneficiaries. Contributes to the development and implementation of the project's accountability framework.

Ensure the community mobilizers meaningful participation throughout the project, ADJI will provide them with Per Diem and allowances as well as transport. ADJI will ensure close monitoring and support. Community mobilizers are vital part to implement community based approach and to outreach the most vulnerable population.

Occupational therapy services will be integrated across various health sector activities to support CwDs, PwDs and Elders.

Respiratory Physical therapist provides specialized respiratory care to PwDs and elders, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapy implementation. Manages respiratory equipment and ensures adherence to safety protocols.

Speech therapists at Rahma For Special Needs (RSN) play a vital role in assisting students facing challenges such as swallowing difficulties, speech enunciation issues, vocal training needs, and voice loss. Their job encompasses a range of responsibilities, including conducting assessments, devising tailored treatment plans, and collaborating with teachers and parents to support students effectively. In addition to identifying speech-related hurdles, these therapists refine students' communication skills and provide essential guidance for their overall development.

Rahma For Special Needs is seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Special Educator Specialist. This role involves training special educators, conducting assessments, managing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and preparing curriculum tailored to the needs of individuals with special needs.
