S/he promotes programme learning and continuous improvement of programme quality and effectiveness, strengthened accountability, and supports the production of evidence from programmes underpinning effective advocacy and campaigns. In addition, she/he supports in identifying scaling up opportunities and new project ideas in line with economic needs on the ground, and in consultation with program teams.
