The Economic Justice Advisor provides timely and high-quality technical support to Oxfam and partner teams in Lebanon on all matters related to economic justice. S/he promotes programme learning and continuous improvement of programme quality and effectiveness, strengthened accountability, and supports the production of evidence from programmes underpinning effective advocacy and campaigns. In addition, she/he supports in identifying scaling up opportunities and new project ideas in line with economic needs on the ground, and in consultation with program teams.

The main purpose of this job is as a deployable resource such that we can respond to requests for support and assistance in planning, securing, and managing programme funding for humanitarian response and development programmes in different countries around the world where Oxfam operates .

This role will lead and manage all country logistics and admin responsibilties, including all logistics and admin staff. This role will support the country teams on the best use of Oxfam resources and will include logistics support to the programmes and advisory support to logistics staff in field sites.

business development, the team is accountable for co-creation of OGB’s business development approaches
