The PMEAL Advisor will lead in providing technical support/expertise and tools to OiL’s programmes, ensuring strong programme and project design and effective, coordinated MEAL systems to drive programme quality and implementation. The Protection Advisor provides timely and high-quality protection and safe programming technical support to Oxfam and partner teams in Lebanon. S/he promotes programme learning and continuous improvement of programme quality and effectiveness, strengthened accountability, and supports the policy team in ensuring that evidence from programmes underpin effective advocacy and campaigns.

The main purpose of this job is as a deployable resource such that we can respond to requests for support and assistance in planning, securing, and managing programme funding for humanitarian response and development programmes in different countries around the world where Oxfam operates .

This role will lead and manage all country logistics and admin responsibilties, including all logistics and admin staff. This role will support the country teams on the best use of Oxfam resources and will include logistics support to the programmes and advisory support to logistics staff in field sites.

The Business Development Team sits within IFT and leads on identifying and securing
funding and partnership opportunities that translate OGB programmatic ambitions. Delivering effective
business development, the team is accountable for co-creation of OGB’s business development approaches
and strategies, for shaping, informing and influencing all significant new engagements, for effective
partnership identification and new opportunity development across OGB, for Oxfam Country’s long-term
development and influencing interests.

Oxfam in Lebanon’s media and communications internship program provides interns with the opportunity to gain real exposure to the aid sector in Lebanon and actively participate in shaping Oxfam in Lebanon’s communication and media strategy. Interns will join Oxfam in Lebanon’s Influencing Team and will report directly to the Senior Media and Communications officer .

The Security Officer is expected to provide timely and high-quality Safety and Security standards in addition to Humanitarian Access programming technical support to Oxfam staff and management and partner teams in Lebanon. TEAM PURPOSE: To provide effective financial management within Lebanon country programme, implementation and maintenance of Oxfam’s and donor’s financial procedures.

JOB PURPOSE: Management of the day-to-day financial matters and operational services, including maintaining an accurate financial records and reports for Lebanon Programme as per Oxfam’s standard procedures and systems, for timely delivery of key support activities and services to the programme.
