Fair Trade Lebanon is looking for a Venue for a full day Pitching event to be held in North Lebanon on the 25^th of February.

Outcomes

Provide a venue that can accommodate up to 75 participants comfortably for 1 full day. 

Requirements

• Chairs.
• Projector.
• Screen.
• Microphones for speakers.
• Rectangular Table setup for product exhibition
• Stage or podium.
• Flipcharts and pens.
• Welcome coffee at the start of the event (water, tea, soft drinks, coffee, sweet and salty mini bites).
• Lunch: Fresh, high-quality fast bites (e.g., gourmet sandwiches, wraps, salads, finger foods, pastries, and healthy snacks). No hot meals.
• Good Internet connection.
• Accessible facilities for people with disabilities. (elevators and access ramps)
• Good ventilation system.
• Free parking for project participants.

1. Legal qualifications

• Commercial Circular
• Fiscal Certificate of Incorporation at the Ministry of Finance
• VAT Certificate of Registration (if applicable)
• ID of company’s authorized representative(s)

1. Payment Terms

• Payments will be made through bank cheques.
• Payment will be made within one week after the last delivery and submission of the final invoice.
• The cheque amount will be subject to applicable bank fees.
