REQUEST FOR TENDER: PROCUREMENT OF HEALTH KITS FOR PRIMARY HEALTHCARE CENTERS

Tafaol Summary:

Tafaol Association, founded in 2018, is a non-profit organization advocating for the rights of refugees, stateless individuals, and marginalized populations. It has provided over 199,000 medical services to Syrian refugees and more than 90,000 to the host community, stateless individuals, and Palestine refugees. Through its HAQ Legal Center, Tafaol supports refugees with legal documentation and psycho-social assistance while also empowering over 2,000 youth through educational programs.

Tafaol Association is implementing a project to support PHCCs in affected areas, funded by France Expertise – Shabaki 2. We are seeking bids from qualified suppliers for the provision of Health Kits to enhance medical service delivery in underprivileged areas. These kits will ensure that PHCCs are equipped with essential medical and hygiene supplies to provide quality healthcare.

Specifications for PHCC Health Kits

General Requirements:

• Pre-packaged medical supply kits tailored for PHCCs.
• Items must be high quality, durable, and meet international standards.
• Clearly labeled in English & Arabic with contents and expiry dates.

Medical Supplies:

• Basic diagnostic tools: Stethoscope, blood pressure monitor, pulse oximeter.
• Sterile medical consumables: Bandages, gauze, adhesive dressings, sterile gloves, alcohol swabs.
• Emergency care items: First aid essentials, tourniquet, suturing kit, antiseptic solutions.
• Personal protective equipment: Gloves, masks.
• Hand hygiene: Alcohol-based hand sanitizers.
• Surface disinfectants: Hospital-grade disinfectant solutions.

Packaging & Storage:

• Kits must be delivered in sealed, moisture-resistant packaging.
• Expiry dates must be at least 12 months from the delivery date.

Submission Requirements

Interested suppliers must submit the following:

• Company registration documents.
• Detailed financial quotation (including delivery & packaging costs).
• Product datasheet and compliance certificates.
• Passport copy of the company owner.

Quote Validity Period: Minimum 6 months from the last date specified for receipt of quotes.

Evaluation and Selection Criteria

Evaluation and Selection criteria will be divided as follows:

• Technical Evaluation – 60%
• Data Sheet & Compliance (50%)
• Company Official Documents (10%)
• Financial Evaluation – 40%
• Cost-effectiveness of the proposal

All work should be delivered within one week of agreement signature.
