Refreshments Supplier

The project aims to "Enhance the resilience and self-reliance of vulnerable households with children in Lebanon by strengthening food security, nutrition, and livelihood opportunities through integrated and sustainable interventions."

FTL is seeking suppliers to provide refreshments for Trainings taking place from March until the end of May 2025. 

1. Objective

The project aims to empower children and their caregivers to meet their food and nutritional needs while raising community awareness around food security and nutrition.

1. Outcomes

Provide refreshment for 3780 participants in total, including:

• Water 0.5 L
• Juice 180-200 mL
• Snacks 1: croissant with expiry date with a minimum of 6 months shelf life.
• Snacks 2: Cake or biscuit or chocolate with expiry date with a minimum of 6 months shelf life.

Prices should be submitted including transportation to FTL office at Hazmieh.

• The exact dates of delivery will be confirmed later.

• The required quantities for the upcoming months are as follows:

  In March, the total number of attendees :  1,408.

  In April, the total number of attendees : 1,386.

  In May, the total number of attendees : 986.

  Overall, the total number of attendees across the three months : 3,780.

• The quotation’s evaluation process will consider following with assigned weights:

1. Payment Terms

• Payments will be made through bank cheques
• Payment will be made on a monthly basis within 15 to 20 business days after delivery and submission of the respective invoice.
