LOST is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the supply of refreshments, including juice, water, and cake, as specified in the RFQ for the Resilience & Relief Project.

How to apply
Only suppliers that have a company bank account & have a license registration, commercial register, commercial broadcasting, or certificate of registration with the Ministry of Finance, can apply.
The RFQ (Request for Quotation) must be completed, signed, stamped, and mailed to the following address: procurement@lostlb.org.
Deadline: January 17, 2025, by the close of business (COB).
All prices quoted must include the costs of packaging, loading, and delivery to the LOST warehouse in Baalbeck.
All quantities will be ordered in a single batch.
1. General remarks and special condition: The offered items must be sound, fair, and of merchantable quality according to our specifications.
- The product must be available in regional stocks.
2. Specification / Quantity: attached in RFQ
3. Samples: required upon inspection visit for qualified bidders.
4. Delivery date: Within 10 days from signing the contract.
* Delivery location: LOST warehouse in Baalbek.
5. Prices: All offered prices must only be indicated in US Dollars. Quotations stated in other currencies will not be considered during the awarding process. Prices must include transportation, loading, and value-added Tax (VAT).
6. Inspection, Acceptance, and Rejection: LOST reserves the right to inspect and test through its representatives all Goods ordered under the Contract at any time and place. The Contractor, without additional charge, shall provide all facilities for inspection and all necessary support to ensure that inspections can be performed in such a manner as not to unduly delay the delivery of the Goods.
LOST may reject any goods supplied under the Contract that do not meet the Contract's requirements or apply a penalty for Goods not fully conforming to such requirements. Rejection of the goods shall be made as soon as practicable after delivering them to their final destination.
Neither any inspection carried out by representatives of LOST nor any acceptance of the goods or part thereof by LOST nor any omission by LOST to inspect, accept, and/or reject the Goods or part thereof shall release Contractor from its responsibility for such Goods that are not under the requirements of the Contract, including warranties.

9. Conditions for submission: Only suppliers that have: a company bank account , company license registration, commercial register, commercial broadcasting, certificate of registration with the Ministry of Finance, and certificate of registration with Value added Tax (VAT) if applicable, are allowed to participate in the tender.10. RFQ Documents: will be shared on Daleel Madani. 11. Deadline for submitting RFQ documents: 17/01/2025, COB. Any bid submitted after the closing date of the tender will be rejected.
11. Payment method: Payments will be made in USD (Fresh Money) through banking channels to the company's account after the goods/services are received and upon receipt of the original invoice.
