Dignity Kit

Request: 

JWF is seeking a supplier to provide Dignity Kits, which should include the items specified in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents. Suppliers are welcome to submit to one or more RFQs; however, each RFQ must be complete in order to be considered. Incomplete submissions will be disqualified.

Required Documents to be sent / How to apply:

The requested documents should include:

• The attached RFQ is filled & stamped.
• Financial offer in USD including the daily rate.
• A sample of the product (photo) if available
• Vendors should have an official registration number and provide official invoices and receipts upon purchase
