The Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) would like to invite reputed, qualified suppliers and manufacturers, to make a firm offer for "Rehabilitation of 4 Elevated Water Tanks in Hama Governorate" Project.

Please confirm your interest to participate in the tender through email to procurement@sarc-sy.org. Any enquiries regarding the tenders should be addressed to procurement@sarc-sy.org addresses by 06th of November 2024. Responses to the enquiries will be circulated to all bidders who will have confirmed their interest to participate. `
Tender package for participants who confirmed their interest to participate in the tender can be requested by sending an email to procurement@sarc-sy.org with the subject: SARC Tender Notice 139/24_ Rehabilitation of 4 Elevated Water Tanks in Hama Governorate" Project. during working days and hours (Days from: Sunday to Thursday – Time from: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Syria Time)).
Taking into consideration that offers from entities that did not confirm their interest for participation in the tender and didn’t request tender package will not be eligible to submit offers.
Site visit Date will be on Monday 04th of November 2024, interested bidders will be contacted on Sunday 03rd of November 2024 via phone to have a site visit to the mentioned location for one time only.
Requirements:
- Interested bidders are required to provide their phone numbers in the "interest in participating" email.
Deadline for submission of offer has been extended until Sunday 17th of November 2024, 14:00 (Damascus Local Time)
Offers should be submitted in English or Arabic language; in sealed envelopes, to the address mentioned in the tender documents.
SARC reserves the right to accept the whole or part of your offer and acceptance of offer will not only depend on lowest quotation.
