Social Media Consultant
Justice without Frontiers (JWF), a dynamic active local non-governmental juristic organization founded in Beirut in 2005, is deeply committed to championing human rights, justice, democracy, peace, and the rule of law. Over the last decade, JWF's impactful work has addressed crucial initiatives, from addressing Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (S/GBV) to empowering women's access to justice, advocating for marginalized individuals, combating human trafficking, and more.
JWF is implementing a project in partnership with Deutsche Gesellschaft für International Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), within the Framework of Promoting Gender Responsive and Inclusive Politics and Economy in the MENA Region – WoMENA.
The project aims to empower women and girls in Lebanon by fostering their active participation in political and economic spheres within a safe, inclusive, and gender-responsive and transformative community through strengthening vulnerable beneficiaries accessing social cohesion and protection services and supporting companies, NGO’s, women’s and gender networks to implement innovative approaches to strengthen women’s participation.
3. Request:
JWF is seeking a social media consultant to create and design posts to advocate the protection of women and girls and cyberbullying.
4. Scope of work and deliverables
Create and design 10 posts on social media platforms to advocate the protection of women and girls and cyberbullying.
The posts will include a mix of promotional graphics, informative infographics, and engagement-driven visuals.
Designs should be optimized for Facebook, Instagram, and X taking into account the ideal image sizes and formats.
Finalized graphics in high-resolution formats (JPEG, PNG)
The posts will include key messages shared by Justice Without Frontiers, including testimonials or personal stories.
The consultant will be responsible for Boosting posts, including recommendations on when to boost, the target audience, and the appropriate budget for the posts
Provide recommendations on optimizing graphics for better performance in paid promotions. (BOOSTING)
Track the performance of boosted posts, including metrics such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.
Provide a report of insights or recommendations based on the campaign’s success.
5. Skills and Experience required:
• University degree in graphic design, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of work experience as a graphic designer, digital marketing, or similar roles.
• Ability to use video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs to edit and enhance video content.
• Understanding of various social media platforms
• Basic understanding of copywriting principles to create engaging captions, and headlines for social media posts.
• Experience working with NGOs or in the humanitarian sector
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
