Context & Background
Berytech is a leading organization in the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem in Lebanon, that aims to provide a conducive environment for the creation and development of startups, through incubation, business support, counseling, funding, networking, and the company hosting, hence taking part in the economic revival of the country, participating in wealth and job creation, and retaining graduates and high-level skills in Lebanon.
The ScaleSmart program aims to support pre-seed or seed startups working in different sectors to scale up by equipping them with the knowledge and tools necessary to plan a solid fundraising path, matching them with investors and investment opportunities, and improving their chances of successfully raising funds.
Scope of work
The ScaleSmart program seeks a Go-To-Market Strategy consultant to assist scaleups in setting the correct strategy for the successful launch/market expansion of their product. The engagement includes a workshop (4 Hours) covering GTM in General and up to 3 one-on-one sessions (Max 18 Sessions) with the startups for tailored guidance over the duration of 4 months to deliver the following, as applicable and depending on each startup’s needs:

Deliverables:
The following deliverables are expected from the startups after the Go-to-Market Consultancy Clinics:
- A detailed GTM playbook covering all necessary topics for each startup
- Identification and measurement of GTM KPIs
Qualifications:
An organization or an individual, having the following expertise:
- A bachelor’s or master's degree in business, marketing or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for new products.
- Experience in expanding successful businesses to new geographies
- Experience working in or with startups is preferred.
- Experience in either consulting or agency is a plus
- Experience in working with entities outside Lebanon is a plus
