Landscape Services at Berytech Dekwaneh, Mar Roukoz Innovation Park

Berytech is committed to maintaining a vibrant and sustainable environment that enhances the tenants’, employees’, and visitors’ experience on-site. Berytech seeks to engage a professional landscape service provider to manage and enhance the landscape across the innovation park.

• Mowing: Lawns shall be mowed at the appropriate height to keep a neat appearance.
• Trimming: Plants pruning, trimming, and shaping.
• Clean-Up: removal of all trash before mowing each time. Grass clippings shall be removed after each mowing before departure.
• Weeding: Cleaning of green spaces and weeding.
• Pruning: trees/shrubs/plants shall be pruned to maintain a natural appearance.
• Chemical and organic fertilization and pesticides.
• Maintenance of pathways, benches, and other hardscape elements to ensure safety and accessibility.
• Providing recommendations for new landscaping projects or renovations to existing areas.
• Submit a report after each visit.
• Check the indoor plants.

• Site assessment
• A detailed maintenance schedule outlining regular tasks and seasonal activities.
• Monthly reports on landscape conditions, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered.
• Recommendations for improvements or changes to the landscape as needed.
   

• Experience, qualifications, and a considerable portfolio of clients.
• Proper equipment and resources.
