Call for Culinary Trainers
Bedayati is actively searching for training consultants to conduct in-person professional workshops (half-day sessions) and teach short professional (vocational) training courses (30 hours) at Bedayati’s Skills Training Center in Beirut.
We are looking for trainers specialized in:
- Lebanese cuisine
- Italian cuisine
- Pastry techniques essentials
- Advanced Pastry and cake decoration
- Bread baking Principles
- Barista
- Sandwich making
- Dried food
- Food menu engineering (3-4 hours)
- Mouneh
- Health, safety & food hygiene
The trainers will work together with the Bedayati team to:
1. Prepare the curriculum and training materials
2. Run and facilitate the training sessions.
3. Design and administer an assessment and evaluation upon completion of the training.
4. Prepare a final report summarizing student progress, results and lessons learned.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience and training in the culinary and agri-food sector.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Previous experience teaching vocational skills.
