Team Building Expert

Summary

Mada is planning a Team Building Activity for the team (20 people) for a full day in May 2024. The location is yet to be specified, but will be either in Beirut and surroundings, Tripoli and surroundings, or a location in Between.

The purpose of this Team Building Activity is to: foster collaboration, enhance communication, strengthen team synergy, boost morale, engage in non-work-related activities, create a conducive environment that promotes teamwork, and encourage a shared sense of accomplishment

The entity applying for this bid can be a freelancer, a company, or an NGO.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Lead the design, and develop the teambuilding activity, in consultation with Mada.
• Propose a plan and agenda to be validated by Mada.
• Facilitate the activity, including developing activities and exercises aimed at strengthening and encouraging efficient and effective communication, team building, knowledge and information sharing

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience, with a focus on facilitating meetings or workshops
• Expertise in designing and implementing a wide range of interactive methods to strengthen teams and improve communication in the workplace;
• Cultural sensitivity and experience moderating meetings of culturally diverse and international groups;
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
