About the program:

LLWB, in partnership with the British Embassy, has initiated the "Supporting Women on Boards of Syndicates, Universities, and Organizations" Project. The primary goal of this project is to address the challenges of women's participation in decision-making positions and to facilitate and increase female representation on the boards of syndicates, universities, and organizations, promoting gender equality and diversity in decision-making positions.

Consultancy Summary:

In the context of our ongoing project, we have planned to hire an experienced consultant in Data Management, mainly data analysis and validation.

To ensure the success and effectiveness of this project, we recognize the

need for an expert data manager.

Goals and Objectives:

The consultant will be responsible for:

• Conducting meetings with key decision-makers from universities, syndicates, and organizations across Lebanon and engage in comprehensive data collection through interviews.
• Analyze collected data, emphasizing Women on Board status.
• Prepare baseline data reports for each entity visited.
• Ensure data validation through accurate and comprehensive methods.

Timeline:

The assignment is expected to start on March 4, 2024; The reporting of the assignment is expected by the end on April 30, 2024.

The assignment will involve roving across Lebanon (Beirut, Beqaa, Akkar,etc.)

Required Profile:

An individual consultant with a degree in political/social sciences, or Data Management.

• The consultant should possess extensive experience and knowledge in data collection, data analysis, baseline data, and data validation, along with strong communication and public relations skills.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven expertise in data collection, analysis, and validation.
• Strong communication and public relations skills.
