ABOUT INJAZ LEBANON

INJAZ Lebanon is a non-profit organization, an affiliate of Junior Achievement (JA) Worldwide, with a mission to equip youth with the skills and mindset they need to become entrepreneurs and business leaders stimulating their communities. It is also a member of INJAZ Al-Arab, a regional network of 14 countries across the MENA region. INJAZ Lebanon delivers programs in partnership with the business sector focusing on entrepreneurship, work readiness, and financial literacy.

Overview

INJAZ Lebanon is seeking an experienced Skateboard Trainer to conduct engaging workshops in the North of Lebanon. The training program is designed for young individuals aged between 17 and 28, encompassing both those with prior knowledge of skateboarding and beginners. The workshops will be hosted at the recently designated public park in the Al Minaa - North Lebanon, exclusively dedicated to skateboarding practices.

Objectives

The objective of the skateboarding training is to empower young individuals aged between 17 and 28 by offering comprehensive skateboard training suitable for both those with prior knowledge and beginners. The training aims to contribute to skill development through engaging workshops, providing participants with a sense of achievement and competence. The utilization of the recently designated public park in the Minaa - North Lebanon, as a dedicated space for skateboard training ensures an optimal environment for enhancing skills. Beyond individual development, the training seeks to make a positive impact on the North Lebanon community by fostering teamwork, sportsmanship, and a collective sense of accomplishment through skateboarding workshops. Additionally, the program plays a crucial role in building community collaboration, emphasizing the importance of preserving and utilizing the designated skateboarding space for the benefit of the entire community.

Scope of Work

Schedule: 8 Days, one session in each day and each session supposed to be 1.5 Hours The skateboarding Trainer will cover the following:

• Introduction to Skateboarding.
• Skateboarding Fundamentals.
• Skill Progression.
• Skateboarding Safety.
• Community Engagement and Collaboration.
• Skateboarding and Personal Development.
• Interactive Sessions and Group Activities.
