On August 18, 2021, EnCompass LLC was awarded the Monitoring and Evaluation Program for Lebanon (MEPL)) contract to support the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) mission in Lebanon to supplement the monitoring and program management efforts of USAID/Lebanon staff, and to verify, monitor and support USAID program performance in Lebanon. EnCompass, our subcontractor Management Science International (MSA), and other local partners implement a comprehensive performance measurement, planning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting system to assess USAID Lebanon’s performance in achieving its objectives to provide technical and advisory services to support the mission’s program portfolio.

Transcriber / Translator, (MEPL/Food Security Assessment)

EnCompass LLC is seeking a proficient English and Arabic Translator and transcriber to provide transcription and audio translation support to the Food Security Assessment (FSA) that will be conducted by the USAID Monitoring and Evaluation Program for Lebanon (MEPL). The position is needed from mid-March to around 30-April 2024. We are looking for someone who has excellent listening and typing skills, has the ability to meet tight deadlines, is highly organized and proactive, and is interested in international development, including the technical areas of agriculture and food security.
