Senior technical Expert on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises
The principal objective of the assignment is to conduct research to identify the policy issues that are impacting MSMEs and will determine the scope and investment limitations of the sector. The expert will conduct research on the current state of MSMEs in Lebanon, looking at the challenges they face and the opportunities that are available to them. They will also examine the current laws and policies that impact MSMEs and determine whether they are adequate to support the growth and development of this important sector of the economy. The research will cover a wide range of topics related to MSMEs, including but not limited to: Access to finance, Market access, Regulatory environment, Business Support Organizations, Infrastructure and logistics.
The expert will work hand-in-hand with LFPCP project team and under the supervision of the Project Director to develop and draft the designed research on MSMEs.
