Senior Expert for Public Finance Reforms

LFPCP is recruiting a senior economist specialized in public policy with an emphasis on public financial management to draft a policy paper on the subject matter. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, economics, policy analysis, and experience in researching and drafting impactful policy papers.

The primary objective of this consultancy is to support the LFPCP team in drafting an economic policy paper on strengthening Public Financial Management in Lebanon.

The recruited Expert in addition to the desk review and other research work will participate in a minimum of three dialogue sessions with decision makers and one national round table meeting. Based on that, a final policy paper shall be submitted to LFPCP.

Applicants should have a proven, long-standing experience in the area of the policy research, and a proficient level of Arabic and English.
