Call for applicants to select a dissemination event organizer for the “GREENLAND” project.

SCOPE

This invitation to tender to individuals and organizations, hereon referred to as the tenderers, to apply for the dissemination event organizer to provide the following:

providing complete services to success 3 dissemination events for 600 persons in Hermel, Fakiha, and Baalbek

The tenders must include the profile and financial offer.

TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

The task of the dissemination organizer appointed by PDA, PP1 of the GREENLAND project, is to provide the following missions:

provide a place for 1 dissemination day for 200 persons in Hermel.

provide a place for 1 dissemination day for 200 persons in Fakiha.

provide a place for 1 dissemination day for 200 persons in Baalbek.

the dissemination days will include providing lunch for all the participants.

the dissemination days must be implemented in the best restaurants in the region.

REQUIREMENTS

active team.

Good knowledge of the region.

Organizational and time management abilities

Preference will be given to factories.

DURATION

The assignment has a duration of 3 months, starting from the date of stipulation. 

PAYMENT:

The gross fee, including social security and welfare charges, and taxes is Euro 18.000,00.
