Employability Skills Trainer - Prospective

Tasks & activities 

• Creating complementary content to the existing curriculum when needed (The core content of the curriculum is created, yet the trainers, each in their field of expertise, are expected to create content with relevant examples for the target audience)
• Delivering the content in a dynamic & interactive approach by using the proper tooling and methodologies to keep the audience engaged
• Guiding students in determining their interests and abilities by preparing case studies relevant to their majors and field of work (Performing R&D when needed to share the latest industry needs)
• Collaborating daily with the project team (the field coordinators, the project manager, and the program manager) to guarantee the project success
• Filling needed training evaluation data on time and with the expected quality as they are crucial for the continuous improvement efforts of the training program

Work Condition:

Training delivery could be done fully physically, online, or in hybrid mode, so trainers should be comfortable with both training delivery formats 

Qualification 

• 3+ years experience in a specific industry/field (ex: Nursing, Banking, Teaching, IT, Technology..)
• Proven experience in successful  training delivery to an audience of 20+ persons (previous teaching experience is a plus)
• Excellent command of the English language
• Excellent digital skills 
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Proven drive for community impact (specially in the career guidance space )
