MSF provides independent, impartial assistance to people whose survival is threatened by violence, neglect, or catastrophe, primarily due to armed conflict, epidemics, malnutrition, exclusion from health care, or natural disasters. MSF provides independent, neutral and impartial assistance to those most in need. MSF also reserves the right to speak out to bring attention to neglected crises, challenge inadequacies or abuse of the aid system, and to advocate for improved medical treatments and protocols.

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international humanitarian organization that provides medical assistance to people affected by crises such as conflict, epidemics, and natural disasters. MSF Lebanon, a branch of MSF International, supports the global MSF movement through communication and recruitment efforts. While MSF has been active in Lebanon since 1976, MSF Lebanon has operated under its current mandate since 2018.
MSF Lebanon is seeking to establish a pool of creative professionals or agencies to provide a range of communication and creative services on an as-needed basis.

Purchasing Officer Pool

MSF is building pool of purchasing officer for emergency preparedness response. The purchasing officer will be performing the day to day purchasing activities in a particular supply office (coordination or project level) according to MSF protocols and standards in order to ensure an optimal running of the mission/project.

Liaison Officer

وظيفة

The liaison officer will be supporting the Project Coordinator in the
administrative, security, networking and representation part of Operations department, ensuring a smooth
relation with local and national authorities, contributing to the context monitoring and follow-up, not only at
project level but national. They will be focusing on networking, building and maintaining the relationship in the
Palestinian camps and the communities.
