Auditing Agreement with a Licensed Auditing firm to implement auditing services
for AFD 2030 Grant.

The complete tender dossier in the English language can be downloaded from NRC e-tendering website using the below link and before the deadline: August 31st – 16:30 (Beirut, Lebanon local time).

Any request for clarification must be received by NRC in writing to [email protected] by 1st of September – 16:30 Beirut, Lebanon local time. NRC will reply to all registered bidders at least 2 working days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
- MANNER OF SUBMISSION:
NRC will follow the one envelop process for this procurement. Failure to comply with the above submission instruction will lead to supplier disqualification immediately.
All interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their offers via eTB system (NRC e-tendering website).
Please submit your bid by uploading all files to the e-tender box web site - the link is included in the file named as “0_LINK TO UPLOAD BID.pdf “, which you downloaded together with this tender package.
Please reduce the file name length before uploading files, to avoid technical problems.
Files with the same file name cannot be uploaded.
After successful bid submission you will receive a confirmation e-mail from eTB system.
