LADE is seeking an enthusiastic consultant or group of people to design a get out the vote campaign ahead of 2022 parliamentary elections.  The campaign shall consist of videos, visuals, and social media branding targeting general voters, first-time voters, and observers. 

Get out the vote campaign is a serious of media elements connected in a way to promote and to push people to be part of the democratic process.

The three main umbrellas are:

  • Go vote
  • Be an observer
  • I am a first-time voter 

This campaign will be consisted of:

  • One branding for all produced material under this campaign
  • Three video TV commercials
  • Social Media Marketing Plan
  • Social Media covers and posts
  • Prints and Stationaries

The branding:

The campaign will follow a structured branding line, with a set of colors, fonts, graphics, tone, and a slogan.

The branding will be used to produce the print material, social media material and videos graphics.

The Slogan:

Each of the videos, images, posts, and print material will have the slogan to push people to vote and to monitor.

Videos:

3 short TV spots following the same identity and promoting the branded stationery (ex like showing the sticker that will be distributed at the end of the video)

Social Media:

An Instagram filter to be used by voter in a way to show that they have voted and to push other to vote

First Time Voter:

Print guides

Animated video to show how to vote

Sticker and filter to show that I am a first time voter.

 

Required Qualifications

The company/freelancer will be required to meet the following requirements:

At least five years of experience in the media, advertising and comms fields;

Experience in working with local NGOs or other international organizations on such topics;

Knowledge and background info on the political and electoral context;

Excellent technical capacities to ensure high-quality production.

 

Contractual Arrangements and Scope of Work

The selected company/freelancer shall:

Deliver scripts and clear storyboard for comments;

Suggest print materials for social media;

Plan and schedule an efficient timeline for the project;

Review all documents and materials provide in order to better understand the project objectives, LADE's mandate and the expected results;

Produce a high-quality version videos in coordination with LADE team.

 

How to apply

Proposal Submissions and Timeline

Technical proposal not exceeding 3 pages in length with the proposed approach and activities to be taken for the implementation and management of the assignment, including an operational work plan with timeline;

Breakdown of costs;

Portfolio of the company’s/freelancer work.

Full proposals shall be submitted to [email protected] before 20 March 2022, midnight. Incomplete proposals will not be considered. Kindly submit in additon to the proposal an updated CV and a sample of recent work.
