Interested companies should submit their offer in one sealed envelope. The Envelope should be a sealed non-identifiable envelope, with the words “not to be opened before the tender opening session” written in English. Submission of tender will be by either by hand or any mail service to the address mentioned above. No E-mail submission will be accepted unless formally communicated in written form.

A clarification meeting might be held on 7^th December 2021 only in the case sufficient questions are received by AAH before this date.

Date and time of the clarification meeting is tentative and may vary depending on the context and AAH needs. Details on the clarification meeting schedule will be given to the bidders that have presented their interest in advance only. Deadline to present interest in attending the clarification meeting is 3^rd December 2021 at 12:00 am.

The deadline for submission of tenders is 13^th December 2021 at 16:00pm (Beirut time).

Action Against Hunger reserves the right to modify this schedule or the tender submission format. Any changes will be communicated accordingly to all bidders who had presented their interest on participating on this tender process.

Action Against Hunger does not bind itself to award the tender to the lowest offer or any bid and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the tender.
