AAD has established seven pioneer Women and Girls Safe Spaces (WGSS) throughout the country (North/Akkar, Bekaa/ Baalbeck-Hermel, South, Beirut and Mount Lebanon) providing direct prevention and response services for women and girls survivors or at risk of GBV. These centers, located at the Social Development Centers (SDCs) of the Lebanese Ministry of Social Affairs, were strategically selected to ensure geographical diversity and facilitate the reach of women in different areas of Lebanon.

The overall goal of this assignment is to provide 20 women with the needed theoretical and technical skills over a duration of 12 sessions on skincare and makeup application to feel economically empowered to further advance and seek opportunities.

The designer shall ensure the translation of the pamphlets from English to Arabic.

The pamphlets will also be designed in Arabic.

IOM is implementing a project to support the protection of migrants across Lebanon. Grounded by the principle of the centrality of Protection and prioritizing life-saving assistance to people in need, IOM seeks project partners to support the protection of vulnerable migrants and other populations in Lebanon. The project is funded by the Central Emergency Response Fund (CERF) and started on 1 April 2022. The project will end on 31 December 2022.

The overall goal of this assignment is to conduct a qualitative research study on social norms, drivers and COVID-19 attributing to GBV among Syrian refugees in Lebanon.
The study will consider social norms and drivers in addition to impact of COVID-19 on GBV in Syria as a benchmark against which any changes of social norms and drivers of GBV in Lebanon, would be compared and analysed.
