The REACH Chief of Party (COP) will lead an education and protection consortium aiming at bridging children back into education. The COP is expected to provide vision and strategic leadership to the Consortium and its activities and oversee the administration and implementation of the program. He/she will have human resource management oversight of the Consortium team and will take on a strategic leadership role in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL)

Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director (ED), the Programs Officer shall be responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of programs that support the mission, goals and objectives of the Lebanese Association for Family Health SALAMA within the agreed budget and standards. He/She also works with the ED on specific advocacy and training issues.
