INTERSOS is a non-profit humanitarian aid organisation that works to bring assistance to people in danger, victims of natural disasters and armed conflicts. Established in 1992 with support from the Italian Federation of Trade Unions, its actions are based on the values of solidarity, justice, human dignity, equal rights and opportunities for all people and respect for diversity and coexistence, paying particular attention to the most vulnerable and the unprotected.

The Researcher, in coordination with our Casework Manager and Programs Officer, will produce a report on labor violations that migrant workers in Lebanon face, based on ARM’s data covering 500+ documented cases. The report will also analyze the successes and opportunities for change in ARM’s case management strategies, and seek to document ARM’s feminist and participatory approach to casework with migrant workers. ARM’s casework, and this report, mainly focuses on the situation of migrant domestic workers from different countries as well, as Sudanese refugees and asylum seekers.

CLDH is organizing its second capacity building training on human rights and facilitation skills for NGO members, law students and Junior lawyers. From this training and the previous one conducted during the month of December 2018, CLDH will select a group of 15 participants to attend a TOT on relevant topics in order for them to raise awareness among the community. The main objective of this training is to create a group of community facilitators to raise awareness among the community on legal topics by training them on how to facilitate awareness sessions using the adequate facilitation tool

The Data Analyst will be responsible for evaluating the relevance and effectiveness of the software database system at Restart Center, supervising the data entry process, gathering information from various sources, interpreting the data, and developing reports on the findings.
