Under a DANIDA-funded project, OXFAM aims to raise the voice and role of crisis-affected population, including through support to community-based youth and women groups. The project engages and works with four youth groups from the host and refugee communities on capacity building initiatives and youth initiatives as part of the community-based protection approach. The groups participate in a capacity needs assessment and jointly identify their training needs with the aim of improving the protection and social stability environment in their communities.

Anti-Racism Movement (ARM) is a non-governmental organization working to dismantle systemic racism and achieve social, economic, and gender justice for migrant workers and racialized groups in Lebanon since 2011. Migrant Community Center (MCC) is a safer space for migrants living under Kafala. MCC works with migrant domestic workers to improve their living and working conditions and build their capacities to self-advocate for their rights as agents and leaders of change. Its programs include community-building, capacity-building, psychosocial wellbeing, community-led initiatives, and advocacy.

Oxfam in Lebanon, in partnership with Marsa Sexual Health Center, is implementing a project entitled “Power to Choose” This multi-country initiative aims at improving Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) of young women (YW) and adolescent girls (AG) in 7 countries in the Middle East (Lebanon, Jordan, occupied Palestinian territory (oPt)), sub-Saharan Africa (Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and Ghana), and in Latin America (Bolivia and Honduras).

Helem is seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual for a consultancy position of “Human Rights Violations Documentation Trainer”. The position will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to educate individuals from the MENA region on documenting human rights violations against the LGBTIQ+ community and how to use the data gathered for national and international human rights advocacy. The position will work closely with members of the Services department to deliver in-person trainings and must be able and willing to travel and have a valid passport

Fostering the Legislative Business and Investment Enabling Environment for the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Lebanon is a Project Implemented by the Lebanese Foundation for Permanent Civil Peace (LFPCP), with the support of the USAID-funded project Lebanon Trade and Investment Facilitation (TIF).

The project aims to advocate for and to promote economic growth and stability by improving rules and regulations to foster the legislative business and investment enabling environment in Lebanon.
