A Psychosocial Support Facilitator is a professional responsible for providing psychological and emotional support to individuals or groups facing various forms of distress, trauma, or crisis. This role is crucial in helping people cope with challenging life situations, such as disasters, conflicts, or personal crises.

They play a vital role in promoting the emotional and psychological well-being of individuals or communities in distress. They provide counseling, guidance, and support to help people cope with trauma, stress, and other psychosocial challenges.

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the organization. He/She is in charge of preparing, recording, reconciling and analyzing the accounting records and financial reports of the organization/other structure under his/her responsibility. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing support to the finance team. The Senior Accountant will work closely with other departments to support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

The expert will work with community groups, partners, and the Project Management Unit to improve understanding, cooperation, and conflict-awareness techniques where the consultant has to meet with each group and develop a plan for collaborating with the groups throughout the Project.

As part of the media team, a Professional Creative trainer in this field of Media and Communication will be involved in facilitating two days of training on "Advanced Presenting Skills for Social Media Programs" for a group of 15 individuals. The training aims to provide support to the team in developing advanced experience in various methods of presenting skills, ultimately improving the content creation process for our social media campaigns.

We are looking for a Mentor to lead the technical process of the training program, starting with the ideation phase and moving to the mentorship and follow-up phases.
On the other hand, the mentor is expected to support the core team of the media lab in designing and producing three social media campaigns about countering hate speech, racism and fake news against refugees in Lebanon.
Our participants are a group of media college graduates and young media activists with very good experience in media and different cultural backgrounds.

We are looking for a trainer to provide training in script writing specifically tailored for short, engaging videos on various social media platforms to meet the organization's objective of enhancing the storytelling and script-writing skills of our team members responsible for creating short video content for social media campaigns.

The consultant is expected to support the SMEs to register on the Application, as well as provide active guidance to have the registration fully understood and implemented.

We are looking for a Photographer who can play a crucial role in capturing the essence and impact of our organization's initiatives, projects, and events. The visually compelling photographs will help showcase our efforts, engage stakeholders, and tell the story of positive transformation in the communities we serve. This role calls for a skilled and creative photographer who is passionate about documenting social change and making a tangible difference through their work.

This is a volunteering opportunity for 5 consecutive days (weekdays).
The volunteers will conduct assessments with targeted businesses in Mar Mikhael and the surrounding areas (Burj Hammoud, Karantina, and Geitawi). The assessments conducted by our team of volunteers will provide us with valuable information about the needs and challenges of the identified businesses.

We are looking for a mural painter who is expected to create a visually captivating and artistically engaging mural artwork at the designated location. The mural will be a significant part of the "Women on Frontlines" project and should reflect the theme, values, and objectives of the project.
