The Palestine Children's Relief Fund is a nonprofit, nonpolitical, nonreligious humanitarian relief organization, established in 1992 to arrange medical care for sick and injured Palestinian children who could not be treated in their homeland. Since our founding, we have expanded and grown into one of the main relief organizations in the Middle East, helping thousands of children each year get the care and support they need to live better lives.

Reporting Line: Lebanon Team Leader

The Program Coordinator is responsible for representing the face and visibility of the organization on a local level, supporting the assessment of country-based needs, identifying and managing medical cases for treatment locally and abroad, networking with local and international institutions, and supporting medical projects, ensuring a high level of professionalism and transparency. The Program Coordinator reports to the Jordan/Lebanon Supervisor

The Lebanon Program Coordinator is responsible for representing the face and visibility of the organization on a local level, identifying and managing medical cases for treatment locally and abroad, organizing and coordinating volunteer non-surgical missions and projects, running the PCRF sponsorship programs in Lebanon, and ensuring a high level of professionalism and transparency in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The Program Coordinator is also responsible for supporting local staff, offices and budgets and communicating with PCRF Management in HQ.

General Description The Administrative/ Accounting Office Assistant plays a critical role in PCRF.  He/She is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency, managing donors/volunteers database, overseeing  tracking and payment of invoices, initiating media coverage for local print and news stories of cases and missions, coordinating volunteer and patient logistics, and supports directly the administrative and logistical needs of the office and is responsible for providing office management services for the PCRF.
