The Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Officer will be based in Bekaa with frequent field monitoring visits to other point of contacts at all Bekaa districts. The MEAL Officer will be working under the direct supervision of the Program Manager. The job holder will be mainly responsible for compiling data, assuring the data quality, following up on MEAL activities, and reporting; as well as assisting in the creation of assessment tools.

The MEAL Officer will be working under the direct supervision of the Program Manager. The job holder will be mainly responsible for compiling data, assuring the data quality, following up on MEAL activities, and reporting; as well as assisting in the creation of assessment tools.
The IT Officer monitors and maintains MAMAN’s computer networks for the MAMAN’s office; installs and configures hardware and software, provides technical support to MAMAN staff, and supervises all IT operations.
As a part of its COVID-19 response, MAMAN is recruiting 1 Medical Doctor to provide the needed Medical support for the registration on the COVAX platform conducted by MAMAN’s Health Promoters (HPs). The Medical Doctor will be responsible for providing his medical advice for inquiries related to the COVID vaccine.
The HR Officer is expected to act as the liaison and the main point of reference with the staff regarding HR policies and procedures. The job holder is expected to actively support in recruitment of direct and indirect staff, filing/scanning, HR reporting, and updating databases in a timely and accurate manner. The job holder is expected to demonstrate the right behavioral characteristics to act in an ethical, professional and a credible manner.
