IT Officer
Qualifications and Skills Requirements
This position will require a demonstrated ability to achieve results in a demanding and fast paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with Windows.
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing network equipment (firewalls, routers, switches, etc.)
- Strong communication skills in English.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- User Support
- IT support troubleshoot users’ computer problems, determine sources of issues, and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Support Staff in the office to resolve in-place IT issues
- Administrator on IT software/systems, if available.
- Network Monitoring and Maintenance
- Diagnose and fix network problems or potential problems.
- Maintain other networked equipment, including but not limited to: printers, scanners, and web conferencing systems.

- Consistent with safeguarding and protection policies, ensure all people who come into contact with MAMAN are as safe as possible.

Working Conditions
The Job Holder will be working from MAMAN’s office in Bekaa
