S/he will lead the implementation of the shelter social activities including eligibility assessment of households for shelter services, provision of cash for rent and emergency cash assistance, relocation of households to shared shelters and emergency temporary shelters, community mobilization/hygiene promotion, Core Relief Items requests and distributions and follow up on referrals.

The Protection and BA Programme Manager will be responsible for the management of different protection & basic assistance projects. Accordingly, the person in this position will be responsible for quality implementation, monitoring, coordinating and supervising Concern’s Protection and BA Programme in Lebanon. The Programme Manager will maintain and further develop the existing programme and identify areas for further programming and geographical expansion.

Participate in our warehouse operations and activities. Warehouse labour responsibilities include receiving, loading, storing, picking, packing materials, in accordance with the Organization’s policies and procedures.

Under the supervision of the Programme Development & Quality Coordinator, the MEAL Officer is responsible for managing Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) frameworks and tools to monitor and evaluate Concern projects. This role involves active participation in the production and implementation of log frames and MEAL plans, leading data collection efforts, and conducting regular field visits to ensure the quality of data.

The Procurement Officer will be responsible and accountable for procurement of goods and services for Concern Lebanon including delivery of goods, services and works in Concern’s offices in Beirut and Tripoli Office. He/she will execute his/her duties in accordance to Concern Worldwide Policies & Procedures and donor guidelines. He/she will effectively and efficiently support procurement systems, processes and activities to deliver quality programing on time in line with organizational strategy, donor requirements and within allocated budgets.
