The Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Manager is responsible to carry out and oversee the implementation of strategic and functional MEAL system at organization level. S/he will design, produce and implement standardized MEAL processes and tools that will be used for all sectors. S/he will develop and coordinate the monitoring systems, design and conduct assessments, coordinate baseline studies and evaluations, contribute to program development, and design and develop appropriate M&E systems, strategy and plans, indicators and tools. s/he will provide support to the ME

the protection officer has the responsibility: •To promote, accompany & strengthen the process of incorporating the four key principles of protection mainstreaming: prioritizing safety & dignity & avoid causing harm, ensuring meaningful access, accountability, participation & empowerment within the projects.
•To ensure proper identification of vulnerable persons of concern (PoC), youths & adults, to safe refer them for case management support and/or additional relevant services available and/or to follow-up on specific cases.

Responsible for coordinating, consolidating, and ensuring smooth implementation of projects field activities at the regional/district level. He/she will facilitate the communication channels between the field staff and the training coordinator; and between projects and administration staff, in order to ensure high quality and smooth activities implementation.

The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) officer is responsible for engaging in data collection, reporting and validation activities to support in contributing to quality programming and organizational learning.

The animator is in charge of promoting the child friendly environment in the center or in the remote channel, also in charge of developing, delivering and monitoring outdoor/indoor recreational, life skills and psychosocial support activities (PSS) to children enrolled in Non Formal education (NFE) programs, whether in person or remotely in addition to the organization and facilitation of awareness sessions address to caregivers and public events.
