In charge for the implementation and follow up of the activities carried out in the Community centers and Public Schools.
The education assistants will be responsible to follow up on the activities on an average of 2-3 localities (center/ schools).

Assist the Community Liaison team to search for children and enroll them in educational projects and meet at community level the youth interested in educational or vocational activities.

To create and strengthen the network and relationship between AVSI and private sector companies, for implementation of OJT within the MEHE – TVET component of UNI14 project

Provide effective guidance and technical assistance to Life skills officers, in terms of sustainable project planning, including budget forecasting, community-led needs assessment and evaluating community-based actions;
Collaborate with the external consultant for the elaboration of a methodology based on previous AVSI experiences and develop a youth led initiative manual with an evaluation methodology respecting AVSI’s M&E guidelines;

To insure the implementation and follow up of the activities carried out in AVSI centers.

Provide effective guidance and technical assistance to technical officers and assess the needs in term of capacity building, especially to those in need of improvement of performance;

Coordinate with the partners for the organization, implementation, reporting and supervision of all the activities addressing the social entrepreneurship component;

The inclusion officer will be responsible for the inclusion of children with disabilities in NFE programs, with the tasks and responsibilities outlined below.

In the frame of AVSI’s strategy of integrating Child Protection into Education, ensuring a safe, secure, protective and child friendly implementation of the program dedicated to children.
