The National Youth Engagement and Volunteering project aims to connect young people and partner organizations in Lebanon to create opportunities for civic engagement. The project works with local government organizations, private sector companies, non-governmental organizations, civil society, social enterprises, and institutions to empower youth with skills to engage in their communities. The goal is to promote a culture of Volunteerism across Lebanon among local NGOs and Youths through campaigns, capacity building and engagement.

The primary objective of this consultancy is to develop a comprehensive Security Plan for Anera's operations in Lebanon. This plan is essential to mitigate security risks and ensure the safety of Anera's personnel (~100 persons) and the communities it serves. Noting that Anera serves communities across Lebanon’s governorates and has 6 offices in Zahle, Tyre, Saida, Tripoli, Akkar and Beirut (Country Office).

Anera plans to expand its rooftop gardens program by installing modified hydroponic rooftop gardens and providing the needed technical support and training for 126 Lebanese and Palestinian families
To that purpose, Anera is opening this tender to invite eligible vendors to submit proposals for the installation of 126 Rooftop Gardens as per the terms of this tender.

Anera is planning to implement a food assistance intervention to support 3,420 vulnerable Lebanese, Syrian and Palestinian households during throughout the period of 10 months.
Each HH will receive a standard food parcel.
To that purpose, Anera is opening this tender to invite eligible vendors to submit proposals for the procurement of 3,420 food parcels per the terms of this tender.
