The employability skills trainers are professionals experts in their fields that have a track record in training delivery. They will be providing career guidance for students and juniors, by highlighting the future of jobs in their fields and the top skills needed to land those jobs. They will also guide them to the best upskilling & learning opportunities. Lastly, they will coach them on how to brand themselves professionally to land a job that matches their career potential and aspirations.

The purpose of this consultancy is to assist Anera’s implementing partner (IP) organizations in assessing the critical elements for effective organizational management, identifying those areas that need strengthening or further development, and supporting them in developing necessary policies and tools that contribute to the implementation of quality programming.

Anera is planning to implement a food assistance intervention to support 5,350 vulnerable Lebanese, Syrian and Palestinian households during throughout the period of 10 months.
Each HH will receive a standard food parcel.
To that purpose, Anera is opening this tender to invite eligible vendors to submit proposals for the procurement of 5,350 food parcels per the terms of this tender.

Anera is targeting food-insecure refugees and other vulnerable families in Lebanon by providing rooftop gardens and agricultural training to improve their immediate food security, nutritional needs and livelihoods. Rooftop gardens provide a solution to challenges of arid soil, limited space and water scarcity in the agricultural sector of Lebanon’s refugee communities. The project consists of installing 50 greenhouse hydroponic rooftop gardens, 44 will be located at Al Buss Camp and 6 will be at Maarakeh Village - South Lebanon.

Internal Auditor

The training modules advisor will review available induction packages of youth volunteers and partners and provide his/her input to upgrade the quality of the material. Align the packages according to the project objectives, scope of work and the target audience. Understand the current skills gaps and develop content to fill these gaps (such as communication, team building, presentation skills, design thinking, negotiation, etc.) Deliver a revamped, audited and comprehensive volunteers’ induction and training package in both English and Arabic languages.

The main purpose of the evaluation is to provide an independent in-depth assessment of the achievements of program results and outcomes against the planned results and the implementation modality of the BPRM Project. The final evaluation will be a systematic exercise and thorough analysis of the evaluation criteria: program design and relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability, based on the scope and criteria as defined Objectives of the Evaluation.

Empowering Communities in Action is a community mobilization project being implemented in five Palestinian refugee camps (Shatila, Burj El Barajneh, Ein El Helwe, Beddawi, and Nahr El Bared) which aims to empower women and girls to improve their menstrual health and hygiene practices.
