The overall goal of this assignment is to design Advocacy Power Reference Guide.

Femicide, the gender-based killing of women and girls, is a grave and extreme form of violence against women. Mental health issues in both perpetrators and victims are often significant yet overlooked factors in such cases. Understanding the nexus between mental health issues and femicide is critical for developing effective intervention strategies to prevent femicide and better support at-risk individuals. This research aims to unpack the connection between femicide and mental health, revealing critical intervention points.

ABAAD is seeking an external evaluator to conduct a Gender analysis to better design the project objectives and activities. Hence, to optimize the project impact on the community level. 

ABAAD is seeking an external evaluator to conduct a baseline, mid-term and final evaluation of the overall project progress and results against the objectives and indicators of achievement.
The evaluation will assess the impact, effectiveness, and sustainability of the project; explore the key factors that have contributed to the achieving or not of the intended results; and determine the extent to which the project contributed to empowering communities, influencing policy makers, and capacitating national institutions on gender transformative approaches.

Developing a robust data protection policy and procedures that aligns with national and international data protection regulations and best practices. The policy should encompass all aspects of data handling within ABAAD from data collection to storage, archiving, accessibility, managing, transfer and destruction, ensuring the safeguarding of rightsholders’ data privacy and security. ABAAD operates 7 model centres, 3 safe shelters and one men centre, across Lebanon through which, specialized prevention and response services are provided to at risk or survivors of GBV.

The consultant/company will be responsible for Updating the GBV case management online course translated into Arabic, French, Spanish, Ukrainian, and Russian.
