ABOUT THE TENDER : NRC funded by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) is willing to assist IDPs and returnees in providing dignified shelter solutions through medium shelter repair. This intervention aims to restore safe and habitable living conditions, support the return of displaced families, and contribute to long-term recovery efforts.
The project consists of medium/moderate shelter repairs for 175 residential units (70 in Bekaa (Douris and Baalbek) and 105 in South (Almah al Chaab and Maarkeh ) and repair works for 15 Common Areas in the residential buildings (6 in Bekaa and 9 in South)

CONTRACT TITLE : REHABILIATION OF SHELTER HOUSING UNITS IN BEKAA AND SOUTHERN LEBANON
TENDER DOCUMENTS : The Tender Pack that includes the Invitation to Bid “ITB” along with other related documents, forms, etc… will provide all relevant information in detail, such as but not limited to bill of quantities, design, scope of work, date, time, of the submission of the Tender.

HOW TO REQUEST
TENDER DOCUMENTS: The complete tender dossier in the English language can be downloaded from NRC e-tendering website using this LINK and before deadline to download the tender document that is on April 10, 2025, 23:00.
Any request for clarification must be received by NRC in writing via eTB link available also in the downloaded file 0_LINK TO UPLOAD BID.pdf before April 11, 2025, 15:00.
NRC will reply to all registered bidders before April 14, 2025, 16:00.
TENDER SUBMISSION: Please submit your bid by uploading all files to the e-tender box web site – the link is included in the file 0_LINK TO UPLOAD BID.pdf, which you downloaded together with this tender package.
Technical and Financial bids have to be uploaded in separate designated fields, otherwise your offer will be disqualified.
No submission outside eTB is accepted.
In order to avoid technical problems, please note that you can upload as many files as it is required, but the single file size is limited to 10 MB each, and it is not allowed to upload zip, rar or 7z file. Files with the same file name cannot be uploaded twice.
After successful bid submission, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from the eTB system, with the list of submitted files. If you notice that some files have not been successfully uploaded (e.g. due to the internet interruption), please submit missing file(s) again and please put “MF” after the company name (example: ABC company MF).
If you need to submit a revised bid before the deadline, the Company name in the eTB system should be modified by adding “2” after the Company name and the latest submission will be considered as the final bid. (Example: ABC company 2)

CLOSING DATE: Deadline for bids submission is April 23 ,2025 at 10:00 AM. eTB system will automatically close therefore all bids submitted after that date will be rejected.
