OVERVIEW
NRC is seeking to sign a 2 years framework agreement with Bidders that would commit to supply NRC with Petroleum Products and Car Wash services.
The Tender is split into two (2) Lots. The first Lot will be assigned for the supply of Gasoline and Car Wash Services and will be awarded only to One (1) Bidder that has the capacity to cover all Lebanon via a rich network station. The second Lot will be assigned for the supply of Diesel and would be awarded for several Bidders, each covering a field area if no Single Bidder is able to cover the supply need respecting NRC’s minimum requirements stated in Section 4. Technical Description of the bid.
