Major Responsibilities:

Supervises regular data collection through implementing partners and ensure quality of the data by random verifications and validations.

Records, manages and preserves monitoring and evaluation data in a safe and accessible way.

Ensures that all data is entered correctly and in time, providing feedback to relevant managers if there are gaps or incoherent information.

Ensures that different databases are up to date (new entry and updates) and completes and that all incoherent information is promptly corrected.

Analyses and discusses findings based on regular monitoring data.

Produces timely-based reports on relevant statistics.

Ensures that implementation of field activities adheres to FA’s monitoring and evaluation system.

Supports team name in dealing with any other tasks as may be required.

Any other tasks required to accomplish the project objectives.
