1. Ruwwad Al Tanmeya Organization Overview

Ruwwad Al-Tanmeya is a Lebanese non-profit Community development organization that works with disenfranchised communities through education, youth volunteerism and grassroots organizing. Our approach encompasses an array of programs and projects that, together, strengthen initiative and facilitate redress to problems prioritized by members of the community. Three main programs anchor Ruwwad: Child Development, Youth Organizing and Community Support. Three basic values shape every program or activity at Ruwwad Al-Tanmeya: secularism, diversity, and equity in Lebanon. 

1. Operational Objective:

Ruwwad is in search of Company capable of Providing Medical Insurance for Ruwwad's Staff, aligned with the attached Technical Benefits and attached Beneficiaries’ Census List.

1. Scope of Work:

The selected insurance provider will be responsible for Policy Coverage: Providing insurance services as per the attached Table of Benefits, which includes (but is not limited to):

• Medical and hospitalization coverage
• Maternity coverage
• Additional benefits as outlined in the table
• Service Accessibility: Ensuring a wide network of service providers, including hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
• Claim Management: Streamlining claims processing with clear and efficient procedures.
• Customer Support: Offering 24/7 customer service for inquiries, emergencies, and assistance.
• Reporting: Providing periodic reports and detailed claim analytics.

1. Eligibility Criteria:

• Licensed insurance providers with a proven track record in group insurance policies.
• Demonstrated experience in providing insurance coverage to organizations of similar size and scope.
• Ability to offer competitive premiums without compromising service quality.
• Availability of a dedicated coordinator for Ruwwad Al Tanmeya.

1. Proposal Submission Requirements:

Interested providers are required to submit:

• A detailed proposal, including premium costs, terms, and conditions.
• A summary of the coverage plan aligned with the attached Table of Benefits.
• An outline of the claims process, timelines, and required documentation.
• A list of network providers (hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, etc.).

1. The quotation must include:

• An official quotation in USD.
• The offered services against a contract for one year (able to be extended as per projects requirement).
• The registration number in the ministry of finance.
• VAT in LBP (if existing).
• Payment Terms and condition with ID copy of the assigned person allowed to receive payments.

1. Bidders must send:

All Bidders should be sent their offers through email to:

• The quotation should be (signed/Stamped).
• Official documents "Certificate of the registration in the ministry of finance (الشهاد المالية) etc...
• The TOR “Terms of Reference” (singed & stamped).

1.  Payment Terms:

• Bank Letter cash dollar or Bank Transfer
• Bank fees will be charge on the vendor (1% of each payment if through Bank Letter)

1. Timeframe

• Quotations and the requested papers should be submitted within 15 days of the Call launching date.

1. Important

Kindly note that the quotation will be automatically rejected if

• The bidder doesn’t send all the requested papers (mentioned in number 5).
• The quotation doesn’t include the requirements (mentioned in number 4).
• The quotation is received after the deadline.
