Call for tender- Refreshments supplier- Beirut & Beqaa areas
We hereby at LUPD organization are currently looking to request a quotation for the refreshments of the following items attached in the RFQ form. All required specifications details are included.
Please be sure to fill the same RFQ form attached. It should be stamped, signed and scanned.
How to apply
The quotation must be submitted via email with a financial offer to: procurement@lupd-lb.com best before 6 February 2025.
The Email must contain in subject section: Name of supplier _ LUPD_Refreshments_2025.
1. Financial Offer contains:
- Name of supplier & Manager as per registration certificate (شهادة التسجيل \ الاذاعة التجارية)
- address,
- phone and contact person,
- total price including 11% VAT,
- discount offered, (if any)
- the validity of the quotation (minimum 1 month),
- Acceptable payment terms
- Legal portfolio (شهادة التسجيل \ الاذاعة التجارية \TVA الرقم المالي)
- Detailed Price list including the unit and size of the item is requested.
- Delivery fees if applicable to: Beirut & Mount Lebanon / Bekaa ( Baalbeck).
To be noted, all suppliers shall agree to fix this quotation submitted for a period of 6 month at least in case of selection and contract signature.
